It is important to be professional in business and to provide your customers with unique opportunities as this gives you the chance to become the best at whatever you are doing. Have you ever thought about it. It might not be that easy for some people but you should try and achieve this level in order to become a better person and businessman. I always follow this rule and I am happy about it and about the way it has been present in my life. Recently I have made a first mistake in business in my life and I felt terrible about it. I have lost the list with premium rate phone numbers that one of our customers requested. As you can probably imagine, without this list I wasn^t able to perform this request for them. I wasn^t able to add them to the service and thus the premium rate phone numbers are still inactive. I had to contact the customer once again and ask him for the update of this list. Trust me that I was ashamed and I wasn^t happy about my performance but thanks to this I have learned how to avoid this mistake and decided not to do it again. When it comes to business, things like that shouldn^t happen. I think that we can agree on this particular case.
